Business Development Representative

You will be responsible for:

  • Researching and identifying potential customers for Filtered

  • Using your skills/experience to represent Filtered as the first point of contact

  • Attracting new contacts to consider our product as a viable learning technology for their organisation

  • You will collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted lists and to qualify inbound leads generated, whilst also working on your own book of contacts to book qualifying meetings for the sales team 

  • Work with marketing to create sector-specific campaigns, generating effective target data leading to leads

  • Promotion of the Filtered brand at relevant industry events

  • Research and awareness of the challengers our product has and be prepared to objectively state why our product is a better solution for your prospects or clients 

  • Learn and maintain knowledge of the platform, track, and report on all activities and results using HubSpot


Customer Success Manager

You will be responsible for:

  • Driving Filtered's success and collaborate and inform the entire business of customer trends
  • Working with some of the biggest companies in the world to help re-skill and up-skill their employees
  • You will join a Venture-Backed Series-A start up, looking to grow rapidly in the next 18 months
  • You will have the option of working remotely and flexibly to promote productivity and happiness
