Inbound Marketing Manager

About you

You’re a demand-driven marketer who understands the role of marketing in the modern customer journey.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining an inbound marketing machine that helps nurture the customer from awareness to evangelism.

You’ll use your multichannel skills to plan and execute campaigns and reach our audience using owned and paid media including paid ads and SEO. You’ll then educate and nurture them using automation, personalisation and account-based marketing.

This role is critical to scaling up new business sales for Filtered and bringing better learning to people and organisations around the world.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, deliver and report on agile tactical marketing campaigns to supplement wider team activity
  • Manage and optimise paid media channels including PPC and paid social
  • Lead and improve our SEO capability to build a sustainable competitive advantage
  • Optimise conversion rates across owned media through A/B testing
  • Monitor lead qualification and manage nurturing campaigns, working closely with the business development team

Key skills

3-4 years proven marketing experience, preferably B2B

Marketing Executive

You’ll use your multichannel mastery to reach our audience using our owned media. You’ll build a community around Filtered that helps educate and inspire the industry. And you’ll grow and develop as you support the rest of the marketing team.

This role is crucial to building the Filtered brand and bringing better learning to people and organisations around the world.

Key responsibilities

  • Create innovative, inspiring content for our buyer personas and deliver it across multiple channels
  • Own our email and social media marketing channels to bring consistent value to our customers’ inboxes and news feeds in formats that delight
  • Support on delivery of agile tactical marketing campaigns to supplement wider team activity
  • Lead virtual and physical events to bring together the Filtered community
