BUSINESS SYSTEMS DESIGN
Our Business Systems Design online suite has been created in partnership with business training thoroughbred QA.
The courses are made up of a series of video based modules led by experienced QA tutors, with value points and animations overlaid to emphasize key learning areas. A blend of multiple-choice knowledge questions, exercises and case studies reinforce the learning covered in the videos.

The courses are aimed at Business Analysts looking to gain a deeper understanding of strategy, analysis, process and change. They're the perfect foundation for those looking to improve their general skillset but also ideal for individuals preparing for the BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis.
You can achieve a BCS Certificate in each course by taking the corresponding exam at a BCS approved test centre. To complete the BCS Diploma in Business Analysis you'll need to complete four modules from the QA Business Systems Development suite and their exams as well as complete an oral examination that covers elements of all four courses undertaken.
