Chris Calder

Chris “Simon” Calder was a Director of IT operations for one of Los Angeles’ most prestigious cultural institutions, LACMA. In this role, Simon saw the need for low-stress software training for hundreds of employees in his company who were facing technological upgrades at work. From there Chris built up a loyal following by providing accessible training to people of all ages.

REVIEWS

"Learning and development had not been created as a continuous activity. Training was often one off interventions with the impact difficult to measure. Filtered has helped us change that in a short period of time. The cultural change it has driven in terms of reinforcing an expectation of continuous learning at all levels is the biggest achievement to me."
