MINDFULNESS AT WORK
Digital collaboration. Big data. Smartphones. Working remotely. One more meeting. The always-connected workforce...
Modern working life is intense. Knowledge workers work long hours and are under constant pressure. Mindfulness at Work is an antidote to that, especially for those who would like to feel calmer and be more productive at work.
By developing awareness of issues as they arise and new techniques to change behavioural responses to those issues, we are able to cope and perform better at work.
Written in straightforward rather than mystical language, the course is highly practical, suggesting a behavioural model to follow and discussing realistic workplace scenarios.
It also covers the history and origins of mindfulness, the science behind the practice, and offer you some practical tools to help you bring more awareness into your daily life.

REVIEWS
"Learning and development had not been created as a continuous activity. Training was often one off interventions with the impact difficult to measure. Filtered has helped us change that in a short period of time. The cultural change it has driven in terms of reinforcing an expectation of continuous learning at all levels is the biggest achievement to me."
"We partnered with Filtered because we liked the idea of learners being able to tailor resources based on their knowledge gaps. The quality of reporting data provided allowed us to calculate an ROI of £1.80 for every £1 invested in a licence."
